At Virtuous Uniform, we follow a structured manufacturing process designed to maintain consistency, durability, quality, and attention to detail at every stage of production.
Every quality glove begins with the right materials. We carefully select and prepare materials according to the requirements of the glove being manufactured. Materials may include leather, synthetic materials, fabrics, protective components, TPR and other specialized materials.
Selected materials are prepared and cut according to the required glove patterns and specifications. Accurate cutting is essential to achieve proper sizing, shape, fitting, and consistency throughout production.
The prepared components are carefully assembled and stitched to form the glove. Skilled workers pay close attention to stitching quality, alignment, construction, and overall workmanship to achieve a strong and comfortable finished product.
For specialized products such as TPR and motorcycle gloves, protective components are integrated according to the product design. These components are positioned carefully to provide the required functionality, protection, and appearance.
Quality control is an important part of our manufacturing process. Gloves are inspected at different stages to identify manufacturing defects and ensure that products meet the required specifications before moving to the finishing stage.
After inspection, gloves go through the finishing process. Excess threads and unwanted material are removed, while the final appearance, shape, cleanliness, and presentation are carefully checked.
Finished gloves are prepared for packaging according to customer requirements. We can accommodate customized labeling, branding, packaging, and presentation requirements for business and private-label orders.
Before dispatch, packaged products undergo a final verification to ensure that the order is properly prepared. Products are then organized for shipment and delivery according to the customer's order and requirements.
